The Revelstoke Employment Services Centre offers the following complimentary self-assisted services at the Work Search Centre:
Job postings updated daily on our Job Board and Website
Computers to create your résumés and cover letters
Internet access to search online for potential employers and job opportunities
Career planning tools to help you determine the best career and education for you
Computer skills development software for improving keyboarding/typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Word
Photocopying of your résumés, letters and other work search related documents
Faxing of work search related documents
Telephone access for contacting potential employers
Message service if you don’t have a phone
Employment Resources including newspapers, magazines, books, educational materials, labour market information, and videos
Tip Sheets about job search, networking, résumés, cover letters, interviews, mature workers, plus computer and internet basics
Information about other employment services and training opportunities in our community and elsewhere
Friendly staff to help you access our services and resources, which are all available at no cost

Assisted Services provide career and employment facilitation at no cost to all unemployed or underemployed persons legally entitled to work in Canada (some exceptions may apply). If you are interested in any of the following services, please Contact RESC to book an appointment with an Employment Facilitator. Once you have booked an appointment with an Employment Facilitator, please complete the Client Intake Form below (first three pages) prior to your appointment.
