"Economic Recovery Training Pilot Program"
This program will provide training support to unemployed or underemployed persons not eligible for EI. The Ministry of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development (ALMD) with the support of the Ministry of Housing and Social Development (HSD) have implemented an "Economic Recovery Training Pilot" Program for the period of November 1, 2009 to June 30, 2011.
