Rental/Repair Supervisor

Job Description: The Rentals/Repair Supervisor will work under the general direction of the Retail& Rentals Manager; the Rentals/Repair Supervisor is responsible for effective and efficient operations of both the rental department and the repair shop. This will include but not be limited to supervising staff, ordering, tracking and receiving of product along with providing reports and presentations on the status of the rental fleet and repair shop performance.
Education: Post Secondary Education in Business/Sales or Tourism.

Experience:

• 3-5 yrs experience in ski/snowboard rentals and repairs,
• Experience with Wintersteiger and Montana Equipment is an asset,
• Experience with RTP is an asset,
• Bondable & have a valid BC Driver’s License,
• Comply with company and department policies and standards,
• Cash Handling Experience.
